Pewsey Vale The Contours Riesling

Pewsey Vale Rieslings are renowned for their delicacy, finesse, intense lemon and lime characteristics and the high levels of well-balanced acids that contribute to their extraordinary ageing potential. The 1998 ripening season was near perfect, with mild and dry conditions allowing the fruit to ripen slowly through Autumn and well into April before being picked. At harvest, both sugars and flavours were perfect and balanced well by high fruit acids, resulting in a wine with exceptional balance, elegance and finesse.
