Pewsey Vale The Contours Riesling

On the eve of its release in late 2007, Pewsey Vale The Contours Eden Valley Riesling 2002 is showing great concentration and the first signs of bottle age after 5 years - indicating there is still a long future in front of it. The wine finishes with a refreshing natural acidity which balances the flavour and intensity. There is a hint of toast which overlies the still intense ripe, lime and citrus fruit aromas.
