 | Eden Valley Riesling Good rains for the beginning of the 04/05 growing season predicted a good vintage. By mid January the skies had cleared and no subsequent rain, combined with balmy temperatures for the remainder of the season, meant that flavours ripened over an even and long period. The result is white wines with excellent intensity of flavour and structure.
The long cool Autumn conditions meant that the harvest time of each parcel of fruit could be optimised. This meant that each component was picked at optimum ripeness - exhibiting the classic ripe flavours of Pewsey Vale and Eden Valley, with gorgeous natural acid freshness.
